  • Genuine Licensing: Every Laptop/PC is supplied with a genuine, valid licence for the pre-installed software (such as Windows). This is typically an OEM licence, and the licence key or digital entitlement is attached to the hardware as intended by the software manufacturer.
  • No Unlawful Duplication: We do not install, copy, or distribute any unauthorised, counterfeit, or pirated software. The product sold is precisely as configured and licensed by the original hardware manufacturer or our authorised distributor.
  • Trade Mark Use: Any reference to third-party trade marks (e.g., 'Microsoft Windows', 'Intel', 'HP', 'Dell') is made solely to provide an accurate and truthful description of the genuine product being advertised and sold. We do not use such marks in a manner that suggests we are the source or owner of those rights.

3. Protection of Our Company's Intellectual Property
